UK Delivery Options & Times
We currently only ship to the UK and Europe.
For delivery within the UK the following options are available;
Orders under £30
Standard Royal Mail Delivery – £3.50
Courier Delivery – £4.35 to £4.75
Orders over £30
Courier Delivery – £4.75
Orders over £50
Courier Delivery – Free
What is Standard Royal Mail Delivery and what is the normal delivery time?
This delivery option is a standard 2nd Class Post service.
Delivery will normally be within 7 working days from day of despatch. No signature is required however no parcel tracking is available for the delivery.
What is Courier Delivery and what is the normal delivery time?
This delivery option is a signed and tracked service, meaning you can track the progress of your delivery at every stage but a signature will be required at time of delivery. Delivery is normally within 2 working days from day of despatch.
We use Interlink Express Couriers, who providing you have given your email address and/or mobile telephone no. at the time of ordering will email and/or text message you on the day your parcel is due to be delivered with a one hour time slot of when they expect to deliver, if you are not going to be available to receive the delivery on that day you can use the link on the email or text message to arrange another day for delivery directly with Interlink.
Overseas Delivery Options & Times
We currently to ship to most EU countries, you can check the list of countries and get a quote for the shipping cost by using the ‘Estimate Shipping and Tax’ on the Shopping Cart page. Depending upon the weight / value of the order you may be given two shipping options
Airmail – This option is a standard Airmail post service
Delivery will normally be within 14 working days from day of despatch. No signature is required however no parcel tracking is available for the delivery.
Courier Delivery – This delivery option is a signed and tracked service, meaning you can track the progress of your delivery at every stage but a signature will be required on delivery. Delivery is normally within 5 working days from day of despatch, however this may vary depending upon delivery country.

I am outside of Europe, how can I order a Rio product?
Rio have stockists in many countries outside of Europe, contact our Customer Care Team who will be able to advise on availability in your country.
I’ve chosen Courier Delivery service but missed the delivery, what should I do?
If delivery is attempted by the courier but no-one is available to sign for the parcel they should leave you a Calling Card. This card will tell you how you can re-arrange delivery for another day, this can be done online or by calling your local depot. For the re-delivery our courier will provide you with a number of options, you can;
- simply select a different day for delivery to the same address
- choose to have the parcel left in a safe location
- choose to have the parcel left with a neighbour
- choose to have the parcel delivered to a different address (within the same postcode)
- collect the parcel from your local depot
Our courier will only attempt delivery on two occasions before the parcel is returned to us.
Can I return the product if I’m not happy?
You can return most products that have been purchased directly from Rio within 28 days of receipt for a refund as part of our ’28 Day Satisfaction Guarantee’. The refund will be for the returned items only and will exclude the original and return shipping costs.
Do you provide a pre-paid label for the return?
No. Return postage costs for items returned under the 28 Day Satisfaction Guarantee must be paid by the sender and are non-refundable.
What address should I return the product to?
If you are not completely happy with your Rio product and you would like to return it to us, it is important that you contact our Customer Care Team prior to returning the item so that the return can be recorded on your customer account. This will ensure we are aware that your product is coming back and be able to quickly process your return.
You should include a copy of the order invoice or documentation giving the order number together with your details in with the item(s) returned.

When will I get my refund?
A refund will normally be made to the original payment card within 2 – 3 working days of us receiving the returned item(s).
My product is faulty, what should I do?
If you experience any problems with your Rio product, please contact our Customer Care Team who will try where possible to resolve the problem without fuss and without you having to return the product.
Unfortunately it is not always possible to solve a product fault without the product being returned. If you have purchased the product directly from Rio then our Customer Care Team will be able to advise you on how to return the product to us.
If the item was purchased from a Rio stockist then you will find that they are normally happy to help in replacing a product within their own returns policy.
