In beauty salons the application of selected frequencies of light to the skin is used to help increase skin firmness and enhance elasticity.

Rio SKINREVIVE uses photomodulation with a 633nm red light source to naturally rejuvenate the skin and reverse the signs of photo-ageing. The targeted red light source boosts natural collagen production in the skin to improve skin texture and elasticity.

How to use
Clean your face thoroughly before you begin the treatment. Turn the unit on and gently apply the treatment head to the skin.

Move the treatment head softly over the surface of the skin focusing on areas showing signs of aging. As a guide, each half of the face should be treated for approximately 10 minutes.

Finally, switch the unit off and wipe the treatment head clean with an antiseptic wipe and your face should be left feeling and looking firmer, smoother and rejuvenated.

Q. Can I use whilst pregnant?
A. Yes.

Q. Is it safe for use around the eyes?
A. Yes, but be careful to avoid looking directly at the LEDs. If you glance accidentally at the LEDs, no harm will occur. We recommend keeping your eyes closed during treatment to reduce the effects of glare. If you suffer with any eye disorders then please consult your specialist before use.

Q. Does it work for all skin types?
A. Yes.

Q. Can I use it on other areas of the body?
A. Because this is a natural rejuvenation process, you can also use it on your neck, hands or areas of fatigued skin.

Q. Can I use it with creams?
A. The Rio Skin Revive is intended to be a natural treatment - no creams are necessary.

Q. Why won’t my unit turn on?
A. The battery may be flat - check battery indicator lights or the unit will not turn on while in the charging dock. Remove the unit to proceed.

• Please read all instructions thoroughly and retain for future reference
• Do not use on broken, infected, inflamed skin or unhealed scar tissue, scars, moles or varicose veins
• Avoid direct contact with eyes
• Do not look directly into the red treatment lights
• Do not use for more than one hour per day
• Keep out of reach of children and pets. Not for use by or on children under 14 years of age.
• Avoid staring at the light when placing the unit onto the skin. We recommend eyes are closed when treating around the eye region.
• Not intended for use by persons, including children, with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
