By first wrapping the bodywrap tightly you are effectively compressing adipose tissue which gives immediate inch loss. Inch loss will vary from person to person but the effects can last up to 24 hours. The thermal action of the belts enhances the wrap effect while promoting detox.

How to Use:

Step 1: Apply accelerator gel aroundthigh and massage in.

Step 2: Apply several layers of bodywrap,to fully cover the whole area extending above and below the area covered by the belts.

Step 3: Plug into mains and fasten belts around thigh. During use ensure the belts do not ruck or fold, as this may cause uneven heating. Important: If seated, sit on the edge of the chair so the belts are not in contact with the chair. Do not use with legs crossed or with belts touching each other.

Step 4: While you are getting used to your Sauna Thigh Belts only use on the ‘Low’ setting. We recommend a maximum treatment of 30 minutes.

Step 5: After use switch Off and unplug.

Step 6: Remove belts and body wrap. Wash off any residue.

During use you may experience the beltsheating then turning off and back on again. Thisis normal and is due to the thermostatic control within the belt.

• Sauna Thighs Belts produce an increase in localised blood circulation. This can sometimes cause red marks on the skin. This is completely normal. Any reddening will disappear within a few hours.
