Customize your nails using Rio Holographic Nail Foils and create spectacular nail designs, which will really get you noticed. The effects are stunning, the results are amazing and the designs are uniquely yours!

How to use
Apply 2-in-1 varnish or a nail polish base colour and allow to dry for at least 30 minutes. Always apply a polish or 2-in-1 varnish before foil application.

Apply a thin coat of foil adhesive and leave until it becomes completely clear. Place the foil carefully over the nail and lift away the backing film.

To finish apply 2-in-1 varnish again and allow to dry then apply a second coat. Remember to cap the free edge.

Applying Gems
While the 2-in-1 vanish is still tacky use the hoof stick to pick up a gem and firmly place on your nail. Apply 2-in-1 varnish again and allow to dry. Remember to cap the free edge.

Applying Glitter
Dip the detailing brush into 2-in-1 varnish and then into the glitter and apply to nail. Alternatively, apply 2-in-1 varnish directly onto nail and then sprinkle on glitter.  Allow 10 minutes to dry and blow off excess glitter. Apply 2-in-1 varnish again and allow to dry. Remember to cap the free edge.

Useful Tips

• To maximise the life of your designs apply 2-in-1 varnish everyday, remembering to cap the free edge each time.
• If a bit of foil is missed simply reapply a small amount of adhesive and patch.
• You could also use a cotton bud or your finger to rub foil onto nail.
• When creating partial foil designs, experiment! Try different base colours with the same foil, you will be amazed by the effects.
• Remember the foil will only stick to where the adhesive is applied, try creating patterns.
• To remove foil use nail polish remover. Do not use acetone if you wear nail extensions.
• To prolong the life of your nail foils, do NOT use detergents or bleach without wearing rubber gloves.
• If you have Rio UV Nails seal your designs with the super protective UV Gel.

Q. The foil isn’t sticking?
A. Foils do not adhere well to the natural nail. Always apply a nail polish or 2-in1 varnish before foil application.

A. Always seal your designs with 2 coats of 2-in-1 varnish. When sealing with 2-in-1 varnish brush over and cap the free edge of the nail.
