    We ship to the UK and Europe. All orders are delivered Monday - Saturday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays)

    Orders placed before 1pm will usually be despatched on the same day.  Your delivery time frame will begin from the following working day if the order is placed after 1pm.

    Depending on the service selected a signature may be required at the point of delivery.

     

    UK Delivery Options:

     

    STANDARD DELIVERY  – 3 – 4 WORKING DAYS

    £3.50 or FREE on orders over £20

    ‌‌- Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be delivered.

    ‌- Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday. 

    - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm.

    - During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

    ‌- Please note: Standard delivery time frames are approximate.

     

    EXPRESS DELIVERY - WITHIN 1-3 WORKING DAYS 

    ‌£5.95 

    ‌‌- Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be delivered.

    ‌- Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday. 

    - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and a tracking number.

    - A signature will be required at the point of delivery

    - During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

     

    Overseas Delivery Options

    Depending upon the value of the order you may be given two shipping options

    ‌- Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday.

    EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL – WITHIN 2 – 7 WORKING DAYS

    Cost will vary depending on shipping country, price will be displayed before checkout/payment

    ‌‌- Please allow 7 working days for your order to be delivered.

    ‌- Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday. 

    - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and a tracking number.

    - A signature will be required at the point of delivery

    - During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

     

    I’ve chosen Express Delivery but missed the delivery, what should I do?

    If delivery is attempted by the courier but no-one is available to sign for the parcel they should leave you a Calling Card.  This card will tell you how you can re-arrange delivery for another day, this can be done online or by calling your local depot.  For the re-delivery our courier will provide you with a number of options, you can;

    -         simply select a different day for delivery to the same address

    -         choose to have the parcel left in a safe location

    -         choose to have the parcel left with a neighbour

    -         choose to have the parcel delivered to a different address (within the same postcode)

    -         collect the parcel from your local depot

     

    Our courier will only attempt delivery on two occasions before the parcel is returned to us.

      

    TRACK YOUR ORDER

    How can I track my order?

    This will depend upon the delivery service you have chosen;

    Standard delivery is not a trackable service. If you haven’t received your items and 7 working days from dispatch have passed, then see My order hasn’t arrived, what can I do? below.

    Express delivery can be tracked by going to https://track.dpd.co.uk/ and then entering your parcel consignment number. If you have provided an email address when ordering then the parcel consignment number will have been provided in the email. If we have not been provided with an email address, simply call our Customer Care Line on 01242 702345 or email us at online@riobeauty.com and we can provide this information.

    My order hasn’t arrived, what can I do?

    Firstly have you allowed enough time for the delivery?  If you have and there is still no sign of your order we suggest the following;

    Standard delivery - check with your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they have already attempted delivery or if they are holding the parcel for you. If they are unable to locate the parcel contact our Customer Care team at online@riobeauty.com and our Customer Care team will be able to advise you further.

    Express Delivery - start by tracking your order (How can I track my order?) if the tracking information shows that delivery has been attempted contact your local DPD depot or use the links on the website to arrange another day for the delivery to be made.

    My order tracking says my order is being returned to you, what can I do?

    This will normally be due to incorrect or incomplete address details or due to failed delivery attempts. Interlink will normally only attempt delivery twice before the parcel is returned to us. Contact us at online@riobeauty.com our customer care team should be able to help in arranging for the parcel to be resent.

     My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

    We make every effort to ensure your order is suitably packaged so that it doesn’t get damaged on its way to you. However, should your order arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at online@riobeauty.com as soon as possible so that they can arrange a replacement.

    I have received an incorrect item(s) in my order?

    We are extremely sorry that you have received an incorrect item in your order and of course we would like to put this right for you as quickly as possible, please let contact our Customer Care team at online@riobeauty.com know so that they can do this.
